About my work

Ever tried to make a significant change in your life – but find yourself falling back into old habits?

Whether you’re struggling with relationships, career goals, health, weight loss, stress and anxiety, or you just want something more, it’s hard to shift the patterns of a lifetime. You may have tried affirmations, visualization, self-help books, maybe even medication, but you still feel stuck. Other people make it look so easy. Maybe there’s something wrong with you?

The truth is, it’s not your fault and there’s nothing inherently wrong with you.

Your subconscious programming is simply out of date. It’s keeping you stuck in old patterns of thought and behavior that are holding you back. Together, we can fix that.

So what’s this subconscious programming all about?

Your subconscious brain is incredibly powerful and programmed to keep you safe, no matter what. This is your survival instinct, and it’s hard-wired with beliefs and fears about the way the world operates and what might be dangerous – to you.

Some of these beliefs and fears stem from past traumas in your life, others were inherited from your ancestors and programmed into your DNA. Many are outdated, some are even irrational. You no longer need them and you may not even be aware you have them, but they still have a profound impact on the way you think, feel, act and react to life.

Say, for example, your subconscious brain is programmed with a belief that it’s not safe to feel loved, or that other people will be hurt if you speak up. Every time something in life triggers those beliefs, your subconscious brain senses danger. It kicks into “fight, flight or freeze” mode, releasing a cocktail of endorphins, adrenaline and other hormones and chemicals to help you escape the threat. You might find yourself pushing your partner away, sabotaging relationships, or unable to put your ideas forward at work – and you won’t know why.

Over time, you become used to these ‘fight, flight or freeze’ chemicals and you’ll start consciously and subconsciously attracting situations where you can experience them. Eventually, your body becomes addicted to the chemical rush and you end up trapped in a cycle of fear, drama, conflict, depression or anxiety – without even knowing it.

That’s why we find ourselves stuck in repeating patterns of behavior – and why it’s so hard to change.

Change makes your subconscious brain feel threatened, so it pulls you back to old habits that feel familiar, and therefore safe. Then your addiction kicks in, and you start craving that chemical rush.

If you’ve ever tried to give up chocolate, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Suddenly chocolate seems to be calling your name. You might be able to resist for a short while. But eventually you find yourself giving in to those old familiar urges, sabotaging your success and beating yourself up for failing to achieve your goal yet again.

The good news is that you’re not stuck in this cycle of struggle. And yes, there is hope!

Working together, we can shift these outdated subconscious beliefs to create incredible shifts in your life. With openness and a commitment to change, you’ll discover you’re capable of more than you ever thought possible and watch desires that have eluded you for years start to fall into place.

I have found the most effective way to create profound and lasting change is with a threefold approach, encompassing spiritual energy healing, meditation, and support and guidance:

  • We dig down to find, resolve and release the deep-rooted beliefs, blocks and traumas that are causing you to struggle. As we release and resolve these beliefs, your conscious thoughts and actions will naturally shift and you will be in a healthier place to create the life of your dreams.
  • Step 2 – Co-create your new reality with Consistent Daily Practice

  • Everything we want in life – whether it’s a new car, a new partner, or to be free of pain – stems from a longing to feel “good”. Life actually works in reverse – when we feel good, we attract the things we want.
  • Step 3 – Coaching and guidance to support your journey

  • True positive change requires both a decision to change and a commitment to see it through. When you work with me, you won’t have to go it alone. You’ll have someone on your team who sees your true potential and will guide you in making whatever changes you desire.

I know, I know. All that meditation and co-creation stuff sounds a little woo woo – but it’s actually based in science. Think about it:

  • Everything in the universe is energy… vibrating at its own frequency.
  • Your frequency is measurable. It’s tied to your emotions, which have to do with your thoughts. So if you are in stuck in fear, anger, sorrow, guilt, or sadness, your frequency will be based on that emotional state.
  • Think of energy like a radio dial. Right now your radio dial is tuned to a particular frequency and that frequency determines what you attract into your life and how you perceive the world.
  • With a consistent spiritual practice, you can tune your radio to a new frequency where you will begin to attract what you really want.
  • When you’ve tuned into the new frequency and practiced the new feeling enough times, it becomes your new normal. Your body starts to crave the new sensations and hormones of happiness, contentment, and joy, creating profound change in your life. You become addicted to the good stuff.

My work is inspired by the teachings of spiritual masters, as well as those of scientists who explain the spiritual phenomenon from a scientific perspective. Understanding that this is not just a leap of faith, but has firm foundations in science, was a critical factor that helped me embrace this work and make the commitment to change my life.

I believe that this work can effect profound change not only for individuals, but for the planet. As we cease making decisions from survival, fear, lack, and greed programming and begin acting from a place of love, creation, abundance, compassion and generosity, we create a powerful ripple effect.
